Cabin Rates:

The Patriot, The Angler, The Outdoorsman, The Homestead

125.00 per night for two guests

135.00 per night for three guests

155.00 per night for four guests

NOTE: Reservations for five or more nights will receive a 10% discount. Discount does not

             apply to the weeks of New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving

              and Christmas.

 

Deposit:

A deposit of 50% of the rental total is required 30 days prior to check in.

The outstanding balance for any reservation must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Cleaning Fee:

The Patriot, The Angler, The Outdoorsman, The Homestead

There will be a 45.00 cleaning fee per stay. This fee is for the cleaning of the cabin after your visit. We do not offer daily maid service.

Pet Fee:

50.00 per pet per stay

NOTE:  We are pet friendly and dogs 25lbs or less are welcome with your prepaid pet fee.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund or you may apply your payment to a future reservation. 

Cancellations made two weeks prior to arrival will receive a 50 percent refund.

Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival are not refundable.

Damage Policy:

A credit card will be required to be placed on file.

Any property damage outside normal wear and tear will be immediately charged to the card on file.
