Hi and welcome to Huckleberry Ridge cabins which is owned and operated by myself, Jeannette Alsup and husband Rick Alsup.

Our goal here at Huckleberry Ridge Cabins is to provide a clean, comfortable and inviting place for you to come home to after a long day of adventures here in the Ozarks. Whether you're floating the Buffalo River or visiting one of the many other attractions in the area, it's our mission and desire to provide a memorable experience to each of our guests.


One of our specialties is group events. With our beautiful Pavilion and 5 cabins, your group can celebrate together. Birthday's, Anniversary's, Family Reunions, Weddings, Family get togethers, and much more. We offer catering as well!

If there are things that you would like to see here that we don't have, please let us know. As time allows, we want to add many features to the property. We welcome your feedback and want to do everything we can to make your stay with us a wonderful and memorable experience.

We stayed at Little Bear and had the best stay.Lots of space for my family, and provided a quiet, secluded get away where the kids had room to safely run and play . We drove the 15-20 minute drive to the buffalo river where the kids and our dog played for hours ! Definitely recommend!

Jeannette's cabin and surroundings are unbelievable. From the flowers that she grows to the decor in the cabin, everything was very clean and well thoughout. Not only is she a great host, but she is very nice to visit with as well. My wife and I will definitely return!!!

A Peaceful Getaway
This cabin was the perfect place to slow down and relax- to just getaway from the stresses of everyday life! My husband and I enjoyed grilling out, sitting around the fire pit and lounging on the porch swing.

Perfect Cabin
The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. He had a broken femur and the cabin was easily accessible and very cozy! Clean and all amenities needed!

Cabin was beautiful. Noticed the cabins last year on a Buffalo River trip and decided to book for this years trip. Very close to the outfitters and drop-off points. All you could want for a peaceful getaway! Jeannette and Rick were awesome hosts! Looking forward to next years trip and stay!

The Millers
We rented of your cabins for the Great American Eclipse of 2024!
The Eclipse was incredible - but only for 4 minutes of a great trip! We floated the Buffalo River, toured Blanchard Springs Caverns, and did a festival in Mountain View. The cabins and host, Jeannette was great! They had all the amenities we could hope for and you can't bear the great location!

FAQ

  • Are your cabins pet friendly?

    Being a dog lover, I understand that sometimes they travel with you. 


    We welcome small dogs under 20 lbs but require a non-refundable $30 per night. Larger dogs need to be pre approved and are $60 per night.


    A pet policy/service dog policy form is required to be on file when bringing your dog to Huckleberry Ridge. 


    We ask that dogs to be with their owners and not left unattended in the cabins.

  • What are your check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in / Check-out:


    Check in is 4:00 and check out is 10:00 am.

  • What are some of your common amenities?

    Each cabin uncludes a microwave, larger fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and charcoal grill.


    Kitchen essentails, such as silver and dishes are in each cabin.


    Little Bear Cabins has a large equipped kitchen and everything you need!


    Luxury towels, linens, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and throw blankets are in each cabin.


    There is also an array of cards, games, puzzles, books for hours of fun!

  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    Smoking is allowed on the property, but not inside the cabins,


    Please put all butts into the trash and tie up and put in the wooden trash bin.


    Smoking inside the cabin will result in a minimum $500.00 cleaning fee.
